The following 44 SSI scuba diving courses and ratings are incorporated into our tertiary scuba diving programmes:
- 7 Beginner Courses (No prerequisites, just jump right in!)
- 1 Scuba Skills Update Course (Ensure your ability is up to your older certifications)
- 19 Specialty Courses (To add on to your Open Water Certificate)
- 3 Specialty Ratings (To acknowledge the number of specialty courses you have done and your dive experience)
- 5 Technical Extended Range Courses (To extend your depth capability)
- 1 Crossover Course (Whatever your instructor rating and certificate provider there is an SSI equivalent to improve your career prospects and enjoyment)
- 8 Instructor Courses & Ratings (Make a career out of teaching others the wonders of scuba diving)

| 5. Indoor Diver | Now you can complete scuba diving training in an indoor dive center during the cold season. | |

| 6. Junior Open Water Diver | Makes open water diving available for younger divers aged between 10 and 15 years old. | |

| 8. Scuba Skills Update | Perhaps it has been a year or more since youve been diving, ensure your skills and knowledge are up-to-date with this refresher course. | |
| 9-27. Specialty Courses [19] | There are 19 specialty courses to choose from to really differentiate yourself and grow your skill base. | |
| 28. Specialty Diver | [Rating] For divers that have learnt 2 specialties and have done 12 or more dives, its time to apply for your Specialty Diver rating. | |
| 29. Advanced Open Water Diver | [Rating] For divers that have learnt 4 specialties and have done 24 or more dives, its time to apply for your Advanced Open Water Diver rating. | |
| 30. Master Diver | [Rating] For divers that have learnt 5 specialties and have done 50 or more dives, its time to apply for your Master Diver rating. | |
| 31-35. Technical Extended Range (TechXR) [5] | For divers that want to extended their depth capability 5 more advanced courses are available. | |
| 36. Crossover to SSI | Crossover your instructor qualifications and ratings to SSI to increase your employability. | |
| 37. Dive Control Specialist | This thorough training makes the SSI DiveCon a well-prepared, well-educated, versatile and marketable dive leader. | |
| 38. Associate Instructor | Become qualified to teach a number of courses, and provide additional support to Open Water Instructors for larger classes. | |
| 39. Open Water Instructor | This programme prepares you to become an active member of the scuba industry, a successful educator, and a valuable dive business employee. | |
| 40. Specialty Instructor | [Rating] Open Water Instructors that are qualified to teach 2 specialties, may apply for the Specialty Instructor rating. | |
| 41. Advanced Open Water Instructor | [Rating] For Specialty Instructors certified to teach 4 specialties and who have certified 20 students with Open Water Diver, your new dive card awaits you. | |
