SSI Associate Instructor

The Associate Instructor is able to teach lecture and pool classes without supervision, assist with open water training, and is qualified to become an Open Water Instructor.

Certified and active Associate Instructors are even allowed to conduct limited Specialty Course training for the following programs and issue certification independently:

• Equipment Techniques
• Underwater Photography
• Navigation
• Boat Diving
